Two Month Update
Dear Sweet Baby Reed,
If I thought the time passed quickly when your big brother was little I was wrong. The weeks seem to be gong by so rapidly I can barely keep up. You are such a precious baby and we couldn't be happier to have you in our little family.
At your two month appointment you were 23 inches long and weighed 11 pounds 10 ounces. You had your shots and you were very brave. You still continue to have some issues with your tummy but since Mama has cut out dairy things seem to be improving.
I started putting your newborn clothes away when you were about seven weeks old. You are too tall for most of them so we moved you up a size. You are also wearing size 1 diapers. You love having your diaper changed!! You just smile and coo the whole time. Now that you are smiling more we can see that you have 2 dimples just like your big brother. Is there anything cuter than a baby boy with dimples?
You had a bad cold this month and it really set you back on your attempt to sleep through the night. Mama and Daddy were pretty tired getting up every hour day after day. Once you started feeling better though your sleeping improved a lot. Usually you go to bed now around 10 or 11 and sleep until 2 or 3. Then you wake up at 5 or 6 to eat again. A couple of days you slept from 11-5. That was fabulous!!
You are a very easy going baby and very social. You don't like to be left out of whatever is going on. You don't have to be held all of the time but you want to be in the same room or area as Mama and Daddy. You especially like your Daddy and just light up whenever he pays any attention to you. It is precious.
We love being your Mama and Daddy. We love watching your grow and change....just slow down!!
